まくらが合ってないと首にシワを増やすことになります。
首は年齢が出やすい部分です。
きれいな女優さんなのに、首の部分に年齢を見てしまうことって

実は、首のシワには枕が深く関係してるそうです。
自分に合っていない高い枕を使い続ければシワは深くなる一方。
高い枕を使った無理な体勢が首のシワの原因になるのです。
よく首にシワができないように枕なしで寝るという人もいるようですが、
これでは、頸椎（首の骨）を支えられないので、肩こりなどの
原因 になります。
首のシワは、自分の頭の高さにぴったりの枕を使うことによって
ある程度ふせぐことができます。
また、枕と肩との間にできる隙間にタオルなどを入れると、
シワの予防にもなるようです。
ついでながら、最近では、首専用の美容液なども市販されているとか。
